The need for adoption of improved technologies to address challenges in small-scale cassava processing in Ghana

The cassava processing industry in Ghana is dominated by small-scale processors who contribute valuably terms of processed products such as gari, flour, and dough, among others, a result play major role the postharvest food system country. Their activities depend mostly on traditional methods which have limitations relation to quality quantity products. They also rely manual labour can be slow, costly or unavailable.
